When I did in less than a minute, he refused to answer the phone and sent me to voicemail. Ive had insurance with this company for over a year now, so I guess at this point, I need to start looking elsewhere. To think I was bringing other people to this company, I will refer them to acceptance instead. If he didnt want to work today, he should have stayed home. They women in the office are great. I wasnt calling to make a suggestion I was calling for a quote for a possible new customer.

Cindy Klepak Dealing with Jimmy Watts and his very professional, caring and attentive staff (Nicole you are awesome), I feel that they have surpassed being a “Good Neighbor”, They are “Good Friends”. We were shifted by State Farm to Jimmy Watts office when our long time agent passed away. Admittedly, I was skeptical and worried that the treatment we were used to by our previous agent of 40+ years was long over. Well, let me say that it was a non issue. We have been so impressed and appreciative of the “extra effort and care” that we have received in dealing with Jimmys office, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
