1 /5 Patrick Stark: I had been a client for years with a policy on a rental property I owned. When I sold the property is when the problems started. I sent several emails and spoke to them several time as I was owed a small refund. Unfortunately the policy was never canceled, even though I provided the requested documentation. Finally the policy expired and I never got a refund. Terrible customer service!!!
