Tonya Rhodes BEWARE…Do not use this agent! I spent months trying to resolve issues with my business insurance. Terrible customer service and a lot of unethical transactions going on. Mathew is too busy and doesnt follow up with what he promises. His staff made a major mistake with my account, which cost me thousands in lost income and money for Premiums that I should not have had to pay. He admitted there was a “staff error” and Offered to allow me to file a claim on his errors and omissions insurance. Then turned around and blasted me with a email saying I was only looking for a payday! I’ve spent almost a year trying to get beyond the damage that his lack of compliance caused my company. I reported him to farmers and the insurance commissioner. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENT!
