4 /5 Melvin Robinson: Had to make a drive to the office on Highway 78 took about 19 minutes to get there to pick up documents proof of insurance because I was told buy a representative in the office that the proof of insurance wouldnt show up in the Georgia tag office system for 24 hours but once I got to the office they never asked for the documents so therefore it did not take 24 hours and I could have saved a lot of time and gas by going straight to the tag office

2 /5 Vanessa Richardson: Five Star insurance. I will give it TWO STARS. This agency used to be good years ago, now the office does not do their job. No one takes responibily and they ignore standard requests such as rate quotes and end of policy cancellation. This company overdrafted my bank account after policy cancellation. I suggest going to 5 Star only to get the lowest rate, then dealing with the insurance company directly.
