The process has been extremely horrendous. So many falsehoods out there. Too many hoops to jump thru. At 78 y/o, too many companies taking advantage. Im on a set income, and they try to take advantage. Ms.English took her time to explain the options available to me. Explained ways I could save. Made whole process easy for me from start to finish. And I got the best insurance for me, right from my phone. Now, no more worries. Much better coverage that I was paying hundreds more for. Thank you

Since getting our roof replaced with UL class 3 shingles, we should get a discount on our premium. Erin is going to get all the necessary information to accomplish this. Erin seemed very knowledgeable about all things related to the homeowner’s policy.
