Cole Williams I was stranded on the side of a busy road in downtown Chattanooga and I called Starr Mathews Agency. I assumed that there was nothing they could do for me, however, I was frustrated and nothing more to do on my end besides get in touch with someone to come pick me up. I got on the phone with a very sweet lady and she conferenced called another company and she handled everything! I only had to say a couple words... I know that it wasn’t her job to get me in touch with the other company, but she did it anyways! Forty minutes later there was a towing company to help me out with my vehicle l! The agent was on top of her game and I greatly appreciate all the help during that stressful ordeal!

These agents really care about you as a customer and treat you as if you are a part of an extended family. They are very attentive to your needs; they respond to your questions and concerns immediately and are knowledgeable about the business. Even during this COVID-19 pandemic, they have never dropped the ball. I have personally been working with Linda Byrd (Customer Service and Sales Representative) the last few weeks on several things, and Linda is the TRUE DEFINITION OF AWESOME! Again, Farmers Insurance – The Hathaway Agency is the best provider I have had in a long time. Kudos to the entire Team!

Shawn McAteer Francee is simply amazing! You will not find a broker who is nicer, more responsive and helpful. She made switching my insurance from All State to Progressive incredibly easy, while at the same time securing some great rates for us. I highly recommend her and will definitely continue to use her for my future insurance needs. Give Francee a call, you will not be disappointed!
