Mike S I have both my home, and auto insurance through Allstate. Braden was able to help me find the best policies for me and my family. He gave me several options and outlined the pros and cons for everything. He is always very responsive and ready to help with any of my insurance needs. It is nice to know I have a local agent who actually cares about his policy holders. I couldnt ask for a better insurance agent.

Darius Smith The GreenBriar location was no help at all they system is down and couldnt process payment basically told me my policy canceled cause they tried to take the money out and it wasnt in there (They Draft at 12:01 who jobs pays the at 12:01 in the Am dont worry Ill wait)they I can take my business somewhere else and get another quote (mind you Im your customer trying to pay you the money) was no Help at all and the Gainesville Ga location hung up in my face still waiting on that call back to the only reason they getting 2 stars is because I called two locations with piss poor customer service.....

Getting the policies set up was easy and well explained. The team works synergistically and I know that no matter who I speak with at the agency can assist me and knows what they are doing. They CARE.
