5 /5 Cole Williams: I was stranded on the side of a busy road in downtown Chattanooga and I called Starr Mathews Agency. I assumed that there was nothing they could do for me, however, I was frustrated and nothing more to do on my end besides get in touch with someone to come pick me up. I got on the phone with a very sweet lady and she conferenced called another company and she handled everything! I only had to say a couple words... I know that it wasn’t her job to get me in touch with the other company, but she did it anyways! Forty minutes later there was a towing company to help me out with my vehicle l! The agent was on top of her game and I greatly appreciate all the help during that stressful ordeal!

1 /5 Philip English: Terrible experience. I had insurance with them for a couple years at an exorbitant price. When I finally realized I was being ripped off, I tried to cancel. They dragged out the cancelation with extremely poor and spotty communication and them back charged for the entire time of the the cancelation process. DO NOT use them. You will regret it.

1 /5 Samuel Maddox: Called several days in a row trying to speak to an agent to get business insurance. Finally talked to an agent and he couldn’t help me that day and scheduled a day and time to call me to get info. Then didn’t uphold that time And called me days later after I went with another insurance company. Don’t waste your time here.
