GLOBAL INSURANCE - Dalton (GA)

Angel Stephenson If you plan on going to get insurance I highly do not recommend this office. I have only been a poly holder through them for a short amount of time however everything started out great. Then when I had to add another person, they lied to me and said I could not add them. Not only that but for WEEKS now I have been calling their office and no one has answered the phone. I even called at different times of the day and on different days of the work week. Not one phone call back. After messages and phone calls, I even emailed multiple times and did not get a response back. I have since changed offices. If you want good insurance, try another office.

Deb Pyne Keith was my agent in Georgia. When I moved to South Carolina last year, I asked him to continue to handle my insurance needs. Today I received a call from him inquiring about my well being due to the impending hurricane due to strike the Coastal Carolinas. He advised me on precautions to take in preparation for the storm,etc. How many agencies do you know that would take the time to do that?? I love the feeling of family that Keith and Martee treat their clients as. Great couple! Great savings and great service!!Thank you for always having my back!

Merrie Dace I have had such great experiences with Kelly and her staff. They are all polite and go out of their way to help in any way they can. I never feel ignored or brushed off like I have at some other companies who just dont care about their customers. I cant say enough for AllState and this agency. I have been able to refer one person so far and am always looking for others to get to switch. You wont regret it and I can almost bet you that you will save money!!
