Regions Bank - Ellijay (GA)

3 /5 Lisa Van horn: Good morning I love all the people that work at regions bank and I love my quality of service. What I don’t like is how old the building is the smell of mold and then I feel bad for the people that work in that building in Ellijay I think it’s detrimental to their healththat bank needs a major remodel. I don’t think it’s been touched in 40 years.

3 /5 Gabreille Redding: Im unsure how new the current manage is, but with my second visit to regions bank, I must say I am very happy. The manager I spoke with was very polite, kind, and understand while helping me fix an issue with my account, she is the only reason I will continue banking with regions. While the phone support for the bank is still lacking quite a bit, at least the ellijay location has a very helpful staff. My rating would be higher is the bank hours where just a bit longer on work days.

1 /5 David Harper: I work five days a week and am often not home until after 5:00 pm. My home Regions isnt open on the one day a week that I could actually do my banking. I feel unable to give a positive review, if I have to drive all the way to Jasper in order to do my banking. Yeah, thats pretty much where Im at. One star.
