Mary Stille I was new to the area and a friend recommended this company and I have to be completely honest because ever time I call they are always available to help , since I have gotten my insurance with Choice my rates are lower but I have much better and full coverage now and Jasmine is always so helpful and lets me explain what Im doing and she still finds me a great rate every single time , I wish the rest of my adulthood tasks were as easy or that the companies I work with would all have Jasmine working for them. Ryder Bende Awful insurance company (just this branch at least). Ive never been able to reach Warren, but this guy name Caleb always answers. Apparently he is my insurance rep, and Ive had nothing but issues. First of all, he put a home insurance discount on my auto premium which I NEVER ASKED for. Then 3 months later my policy goes up about 50$ since that fake home insurance dropped. Then he kept calling trying to push home insurance on me sending quotes to the house owner even though I never requested it. Then he switched my account policy owner over to my fathers name when he qouted the house for insurance. So now Im locked out of my account and customer support says Im not even on the policy anymore. So I called them back yesterday and sure enough Caleb answers. As soon as I say I want to cancel my premium his attitude changes quick. Silence for about 2 mins then he asks if thats all I needed and I say yes sir. Couple seconds of silence and I hear him grunt and hang up the phone. Never got an email I asked for, for the comformation of my insurance policy cancellation. Worst branch of insurance Ive ever been with. Now my phone isnt even being answered. Stay away from this branch, its extremely sketchy sales practices.

Toniooo I visited the BB Watkins State Farm Agency last week, and the entire team was very friendly and personable. I appreciated BB greeting me at the door, offering me water, and making me feel welcomed overall. Chasity also was very helpful and provided me with quotes for auto insurance and renters insurance.

Anne Rheins I can’t say enough about State Farm, CJ Bray, and his staff. We have used State Farm since 1987 and they continue to provide exceptional customer service. That kind of service is hard to find these days. No worries about getting lost in a telephone loop when you call. Prompt PERSONAL service is ALWAYS available. I am so thankful that that kind of service was consistent even through all the city wide hurricane property destruction. They helped me navigate the claim process through that disaster. Once a year they encourage an in-person, sit-down meeting to review coverage. I am always impressed that this is not a time when they’re trying to sell me more insurance. They are making sure our coverage is sufficient and that we’re adjusting for current needs. For example, when our kids became adults and moved out, they suggested we decrease our umbrella policy! The staff is not sales people…they are on our side, wanting the best coverage for us at the best possible price. Thank you CJ, Jeff and Kristin!
