1 /5 Stephanie Glenn: I have been with State Farm for years and lately I am having the worst experience with this office. I am beginning to think that I am a target due to my melanated skin. In 5 years I had 4 roadside assistance calls. They dropped me from road side assistance…..wow! What about the numbers of years I paid for the assistance and never used it? Loyalty at its best! I just got notified that my renters insurance was cancelled from my leasing office without any notification. Please do not waste your time and energy with this location!

Michael and his staff are the best in the business. They are attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable, and the ease of access to them (especially when we really need it fast) is second to none. Thank you Michael. I hate dealing with insurance of any kind and you made it simple, cost effective, and even fun with our interactions. No matter where I go you will always have my business.

5 /5 Christine Kowalczyk: He treats us like family! Michael is our State Farm agent and my mothers agent as well. I wish all insurance agents were like him, the world would be a much better place. He is especially accommodating to my elderly mother. Hes even gone to HER house to help her out with something when she was having trouble getting around.
