American Tax - Americus (GA)

Haley I am so excited to be switching banks from my local credit union to Truist. This branch is close to my house and I was having difficulties at my current bank getting the correct info to set up a business banking. I looked up Truist online and saw I can easily make an appointment at a branch. The moment my husband and I walked into the branch we were greeted. We proceeded to be helped by a branch leader, Writu. I cannot thank her enough for the positive experience we had in setting up our business banking account. She went over our options, paperwork, and other items very thoroughly and quickly. The process couldnt have been any easier! At one point in the process I did have to withdraw money from my other bank card for a starting deposit and the tellers were very friendly as well. I walked out of the bank with such a positive experience after having a negative one at a bank I had been banking with for years. Thank you!

Sheena Reece Im reading these reviews and I am shocked! I love PFS. I did a 60 month contract on my vehicle and only have about 7 months left. NEVER has anyone been rude to me. NEVER have I been charged for something extra such as insurance. (I did receive a letter saying I didnt have auto insurance and would be charged if I didnt keep insurance or update the information. I called, they fixed the mistake...simple as that. You get several notices before they add their insurance) Theres been several times that I have had to be late because of holidays, illness, etc. PFS has always been happy to work with me. As long as you let them know whats going on and keep in contact, they are glad to help. Yes, the interest rates arent the best... but when you only have fair/poor credit (as I did at the time) and you cant afford to purchase out right, PFS is a great option. I am very thankful that they provided me with an auto loan and have helped me build my credit. It was definitely a better option than some Buy-Here-Pay-Here lot. Thanks PFS :)

AndreTheGiantSlayer Recently called in because I ordered a new debt card two months ago with an address change, however was informed by the branch manager that a card was never sent out 2 month ago. Asked to speak to a branch manager after getting irate due to this, and was told I was speaking to him, Chris. My account was then CLOSED due to me saying a cuss word, because I was irritated that my card I ordered 2 months ago was never done He hung up on me and when I called back later to try and get my account back THE BRANCH MANAGER SAID: That sounds like a personal problem and hung up on me again. Chris if you’re reading this, I remember when banking was personal, it was called Capital Bank
