4 /5 Sheena Reece: Im reading these reviews and I am shocked! I love PFS. I did a 60 month contract on my vehicle and only have about 7 months left. NEVER has anyone been rude to me. NEVER have I been charged for something extra such as insurance. (I did receive a letter saying I didnt have auto insurance and would be charged if I didnt keep insurance or update the information. I called, they fixed the mistake...simple as that. You get several notices before they add their insurance) Theres been several times that I have had to be late because of holidays, illness, etc. PFS has always been happy to work with me. As long as you let them know whats going on and keep in contact, they are glad to help. Yes, the interest rates arent the best... but when you only have fair/poor credit (as I did at the time) and you cant afford to purchase out right, PFS is a great option. I am very thankful that they provided me with an auto loan and have helped me build my credit. It was definitely a better option than some Buy-Here-Pay-Here lot. Thanks PFS :)

3 /5 Wesley Hanna: Honestly there ok I’ve had some experiences when talking to them I’ve felt like I was bothering them when I was simply inquiring about my business with them. They have to do better with the people they choose to represent there company but I’ve never had a problem with them when it comes to business. So I guess just use there automated system(they charge about 5 dollars extra)when making your payments to avoid the rude lady with a attitude because it’s her time of the month.

1 /5 Jon Shockley: These people are impossibly rude and inconsiderate. I had a couple late payments when the economy was down and have been trying to repair my credit and there is one company that just wont let it go. I have them paid and have for several years but they refuse to work with me at all. I would not recomend the people to anyone they have the worst customer service and if you make a mistake they will be sure to have you pay for it as long as they can. Extremely hateful bunch. Use them at your own risk.

1 /5 Chris Murray: [PLEASE READ] .. I would personally recommend staying away from this place! They provide auto loans to vehicles that never reach the maturity date. Trust me I know it’s wonderful hearing you finally got an approval but it’s not worth the long term risk associated with this bank and the cars they approve you for. I paid 4k down for my car back in December 2021 and I’ve had several MAJOR mechanical issues that have caused me to come out of pocket over another $2500. The cars condition is not the banks fault but most banks won’t approve you for a car they know isn’t reliable for you. The dealerships this bank works with are the worst of the worst! PLEASE do your research and don’t get yourself into a bind like I did with these guys. Interest rate is sky-high for a car that has already broken down in less than 3 months. The branch manager Gary has threatened to repo my vehicle on several occasions although I’ve NEVER been late for a payment saying the insurance I have on the vehicle isn’t the insurance they require. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t end up like me. If I can save just 1 person I feel like I’ve don’t the Lords work.
