5 /5 Skye Sweat: I absolutely love Jackson Hewitt!!! They are the best however this year it did take longer than usual due to them being very short staffed! Hopefully it will get better.

1 /5 Brenda Poston: Wish I could give a -5 . The rep. Name josh does not need to be working with customers. We called and got an appt. Last week for today . When we got their we told the rep. We had an appt. He said no we don’t have any appts for today. This rep was nasty from the mimment we walked in the building . Then he acted like I was lying about my appt. When I showed him the confirmation on my phone . He still proceeded to call me a liar. Home office needs to teach this rep. What customer service is , because he sure doesn’t know the meaning of the word. I got so aggravated with this reps. Accusations and snide remarks till we walked out . Will never go to Jackson Hewitt again because of this rep.

5 /5 Joshua Williams: me and my wife met with Mrs. Florina. She is proficient, easy to talk to and personable. We respect and appreciate her. She does things right and proficiently. well be to see her as long as she is there.

5 /5 brenda reese: I had my taxes done today, I was greeted with a hello and smile as soon as I walked in. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I was treated as though I did. Ms. Martha was very professional, courteous and helpful. She explained the process and answered all questions. I will definitely recommend this tax service to all my family and friends.

5 /5 Susan Cooper: Martha Miller was my tax preparer. This was my 3rd year going to her. She has been AMAZING every time! Shes professional and efficient! I recommend her, without hesitation... and will be going back in 2025!
