1 /5 Kathleen M Flynn, LLC: I go into the Memorial Drive Truist bank on Saturdays to make deposits. I went today as I have plans tomorrow. The male teller, who has taken my business checks, was standing to the right of the teller who gave me a hard time. She is working in the middle of another teller to the left who has also taken my business checks. They said nothing when I said that they have taken my checks many times. I have made these deposits for over 20 years. SSA writes checks out to individual attorneys, who do the disability hearing, not the firm. She told me Truist is doing things differently now. I told her I am following the instructions that were recently given to me ( by the gentleman on the right who ignored what I enduring) writing the account number and for deposit only on the check. I explained that the SSA check is made out to my employee, signed (an attorney who is paid a salary) and is endorsed under the employee by me and goes into the business bank account. She said I need to speak to the manager, but she’s not available right. Now, I have to go to a different bank. Something should be done about this location that has a low number of stars and these tellers who did nothing to help me. I just went to another Truist bank and made the deposits with no trouble I will be calling the corporate Truist office.
