Doris Fargason I have had several bad banking encounters over the last few months. Mostly involving the fraud department either closing down access when they should not have and NOT closing it down when they should have. Trust me when I say both scenarios were devastating. Misty Price at this Regions Bank location has been the one shining light through this whole disaster! She is calm, respectful, listens to the whole problem. Fixes what she can and gives great advice on how to proceed when she can not fix it herself. She is a long time associate and truly an asset to this bank and our community. Im always running behind on getting her everything she is needing to get them done and she always puts in the extra effort to get the job completed. Not only is she so easy to converse with, but she always has made my wife and I feel were her most important client.
