5 /5 Thomas R: Anytime I have had any issues with my account the staff has promptly resolved them. Very helpful and kind. I’ve been with this bank for almost 10 years and never had any issues. It’s the people at this branch that make banking with Athens First great!

1 /5 Kelly Bishop: I went in to make a deposit at 1:01 pm. I needed to take care of a name change and check ordering issue and was told it would be a few minutes. I just left after 35 minutes of sitting. I usually use another branch but felt like I’d try my local one today. Mistake! I’ve never sat and waited this long for service. Worst experience. I’ll continue to do my banking with the other branch where they actually know my name and help customers in a timely manner.

She called credit card services for me to do a conference call to help me get to an agent and to help explain my concerns to them. She stayed on the call and simplified the process. 5 /5 Love bug_373 Griggs: This is my personal bank and I love banking with Synovus I never have any problems and they are always very helpful when I have needed something! I do recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good bank and I just got my grandmother to switch and she loves them too!

1 /5 Mallory Parker: I have been banking with Athens First Bank and Trust for about 4 years now && i loved it up until a couple months ago. I have had non stop problems since then.. Which one of the ladies was nice && willing to help me the first time. but when i called yesterday because the same problem happened, i spoke to Jenny & Jennifer & i have never talked to two more rude people in my life. They knew i was frustrated with the situation && all they could say was that they couldnt help me && that i needed to calm down. That was what really did it for me && i will never bank with this bank again. Youre messing with my money, how can one be calm? && then to say you cant do anything about it? No, thats not going to work for me! Not to mention, the Asst. Manager @ loganville was very rude as well! im just so mind blown at the customer service i dealt with yesterday. Having to talk to 3 DIFFERENT woman && for none of them to help? what kind of bank is that? Im not one to right bad reviews, but i just couldnt leave this alone because the customer service yesterday was just TERRIBLE.
