IHOP located inside, Waffle House, DQ and Chipotle are within walking distance. Washers, dryers and clean showers. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!" BeBe

2 /5 Anatoliys- Email: Corporate needs to care for this location, the manager (briana) argues against the customers when the employees are not doing their job 100% of the way, only 46%, the bathroom floor gets moped, but the urinal stalls dont get any attention, the same scent pads and the same stuffed toilets with poop. and pee, stays all night. The showers dont get cleaned on time because the employees are having conversations, and when they are supposed to clean them, they dont even clean them. When I addressed the situation the manager said it was okay and that employee did the best they could. "Update" I ended up buying a shoerr for $18 because the public bathroom phenomenon was too unbearable, but to my surprise I had to clean my own toilet because even the private bathrooms are not cleaned either.

2 /5 Casey Napier: Really, Pilot? You’re going to give the women two whole shower rooms to use the restroom but us men have to use the porta-crappers outside?? I don’t begrudge the women getting shower rooms. But your lack of “give a crap” for the men is obvious. And to sprinkle a little extra flavor to the insult you put all the porta-crappers out front on the car gas side. As a trucker you’ve just inconvenienced me further. I didn’t bother with the porta-crappers. I’ll find another place up the road. But I didn’t want to wash my hands. Had to do that at the small sink by the coffee.

1 /5 James Chaney: The most rude and unprofessional staff Ive ever encountered at a pilot . Waiting 2+ hours on a shower while the staff is walking around dancing with loud bluetooth speakers hanging around their necks . I can promise you that not one of these people can pass a drug test or give a single damn about drivers getting a shower . I will tell everyone I know to avoid this location at all costs . Already used 3 shower credits and still cant take a shower . This is absolutely ridiculous. Then when you say something you’re the problem because the lady let me know that that’s her son back there dancing and tweaking and having a rap concert instead of cleaning showers . I wish I was making this up . Avoid this location at night at all costs . Also if you pay for parking they said they don’t go outside after dark to make people who didn’t pay to park move for people that did so once again don’t park here !!!! Used a shower credits 3 different times… trying to get a shower and still can’t

4 /5 Bear Clan Trucking: Jerrit keeps them showers very clean. The entire place is clean inside and out. They have an ihop connected to the store.
