Not only did I cut my insurance premium by 50%, but I was getting more for the cheaper price. I was also pleased that Matt didnt make me feel as if I was under pressure to make a rushed decision and he always asked what I thought about whatever he had just said. I also found him to be genuine, respectful, a good listener and a kind soul. I was so happy to call my old insurance company to cancel my policy. My only regret is that I wish I would have known about Country Financial premiums and Matt exceptional customer service skills sooner. Gods Chosen one Manager is very rude, unprofessional, ghetto, loud mouth, and disrespectful. Her and the other lady that work there talks about customers in front of other customers. Both of them seem like drama queens because they always talking about somebody and other stuff that has nothing to do with their job. I did call for the guy that works there and the suppose to be manager answered the phone while still talking to someone else and said that he was with a customer. I called back a few minutes later, she answered the phone again while still talking to someone else and said he was at lunch. Very unprofessional and rude. If you want or need money, go somewhere else. If they keep this kind of attitude and unprofessional mess up, they will be out of business if the right people see it and hear it.
