David Lifsey Paul Rentz Insurance has been a life saver for us. Our home in Georgia is rented to an individual who has established a business helping women who would be homeless. This required a special type of business insurance that is difficult to obtain. The Rentz family did find us a policy. All of them respond to any questions/concerns we have immediately and provide advice when needed. Chrisv Brookins They are ridiculous. You pay your premium. Which they constantly lose or say they did receive and you screenshot it show proof that it was actually paid and came out to your bank account and then on top of thatThey get thousands of dollars a year no accident no issues no laps and then when you finally have an accident, they don’t want to pay out especially when your policy fully covers you or if they do pay out they make you wait excessive amount of time Which is ridiculous with that being said I will be following a formal complaint with a higher up. This is ridiculous. And this company will be reported
