John Takacs My original car insurance agents went out of business and ten months ago Mr. Jeff and Mrs. Lisa Guest took over and unfortunately I had no chance to meet them until today. He was so kind, he asked for general questions and greeted me with a smile. He was a humble man. The atmosphere was calm and professional. Now, my agent Mrs. Anita showed me nothing but great customer service. She listen to my concerns. She was so honest and transparent with me. She quoted us with coverage that will benefit us and it was reasonable. She offered suggestions to save more and she went above her call of duty.
