Johnseed McDanieldude I maybe a little biased because I have known Gail and her family most my life. As us country folks say. they are "good people". Several years ago, Gail helped me get a policy for my place. I never thought I would have a claim but then came Helene. Countrywide and Gail were extremely responsive and helpful with my claim. In very short time, I had the claim entered and an adjuster on site. My claim was handed promptly and paid quickly. As far as insurance goes, I was treated fairly. I am thankful for a responsive agent in Gail, a fair and pleasant adjuster in Kent, and overall positive insurance claim. I will be going into year 4 with Countrywide this year.

Scott Baker My wife had been shopping around for life insurance and was quick to find out that a lot of agents for some companies will omit information if they think they can make a sale. This was not her experience with State Farm, she told the agent what she thought she needed and he worked with her for a plan that was satisfactory to her. We highly recommend this State Farm office because we have been with them quite a few years and they are always accommodating.
