She was very professional and very caring over the issues I was having. If I wanted to see someone in that office it would be her. Thanks again Jennifer! Jason Rasmussen I recently worked with Rusty and Brooke to get a claim resolved and had a great experience. They were both responsive, knowledgeable, and did a great job being clear & communicative through the whole process. Im glad that a stressful situation wasnt made worse. In fact, it was actually able to be resolved faster than expected, which I attribute in part to the teams experience and clear communication. They helped me be submit correct & complete documentation, leading to minimal back and forth with the claims department, ultimately resulting in a quick resolution.
