Her patience with my questions/concerns and the education she provided about enrolling in health insurance felt more like I was working with a health insurance patient advocate or a social worker, not an insurance agent. Karen F. cared more about getting me the best health insurance policy for my needs and budget than she cared about making a sale or commission. I had so many questions, and she took her time and answered every single one of them.
