Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.

Beach Sherry Lynn (The Beach Family) Michael Fales is the coolest guy,hes awesome with explaining insurance needs. I appreciate him making us feel right at home and that we were important enough to actually be great clients!

Allison Gibson Been with Allstate for as long as I can remember, and I wish there were more words I could use for how great this office is. Denise is ALWAYS super helpful and friendly and prompt. Its as easy as a quick phone call or email, and she has whatever I need done within a few hours. She will even send me ways to get discounts, even when I havent reached out in years. JJIMMIE PRODUCTIONS We were very early for our appointment and had to wait; there wasnt anyone in the office, it was lunch time. There was a little confusion; another customer came in after us without an appointment, and he was assisted before us even though we were there for the same issue. No major problem, he was older so we didnt mind and the young lady was very nice. It is just a situation that someone else might have taken the wrong way.
