1 /5 Jentzen Jarrard: If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely rude tellers and manager at this location. I am not able to leave my job during the day when the bank is open, so I had my girlfriend drop off a check for me and the teller was extremely rude to her ( I was on the phone with her the entire time). The teller wouldnt deposit the check since she isnt on the account, but she wasnt getting anything out of the account and the teller wouldnt further explain why she wouldnt deposit the check because she isnt on my account. My girlfriend then asked if they could just in general explain why a check wouldnt be deposited and the teller still said that since she isnt on the account that she couldnt explain why (even though she was asking in general and wasnt asking for any personal or account info). When my girlfriend went to leave, she asked the teller for her name and she stated "Nicole" although Diana was clearly on her name tag. My girlfriend then pointed out that the name tag said Diana, but the teller said her name is Diana Nicole. Evidently she didnt want her to be able to report this later so she gave her middle name instead of her first name.
A few months ago, I personally called to ask if my girlfriend could go to the bank to take out some money for her to handle something else for me and I was told on the phone by a teller that that was fine as long as she had my security code. My girlfriend then went to the bank where a different teller rudely told her that she couldnt do this even with the security code. My girlfriend explained that I had called first and was told by someone at the bank that it was fine. The teller then told my girlfriend she would have to come inside in order to speak to the manager and that the manager wouldnt be coming to the Drive Thru window. My girlfriend went inside and was spoken to rudely by the manager as well and the manager just kept walking towards the door like she was basically escorting her out. I was on the phone again with my girlfriend when this happened as well. I called the customer service number when this happened to report this and nothing was done about it.
This location has awful customer service and they are very very rude, Manager and all. Would recommend banking literally anywhere else. Theres a way to talk to people kindly and explain things versus always being extremely rude. We are very kind people and very understanding, but this bank is HORRIBLE. I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful people at any other bank EVER.
Southstate down the road from here is 10 times better and always extremely kind and go out of their way to help you.
