Keenan Hitchens I only visit the Chapel Hill Road branch of Delta Community Credit Union three to four times a year, but every visit feels like I’m coming home. From the moment I walk in, the environment is welcoming, calm, and professional. Whether I’m here for routine transactions or more complex questions, I always feel at ease knowing I’m in good hands. In April, Joan helped me with a routine transaction—getting tip money for an upcoming trip—and she handled everything so professionally and with genuine friendliness that the process felt effortless. Then in July, Camdyn greeted me, anticipated my needs, and handled my request with remarkable efficiency and a warm smile. Both experiences were nothing short of phenomenal. Behind every great team is an outstanding leader, and Donna exemplifies exactly how a Delta Community branch should be run. Melissa Ferrell Allen has been handling my account for over 4 years now, and he has always been easy to contact and available when I needed to talk to him. Allen takes great care of my account and If I am unable to get to his office, he will come to mine. Logan, his assistant is fantastic as well. We are very happy with Phillips Wealth Management.

Kris Baxter Easily the best group of people to work with. They are always so kind and accommodating. They are absolutely generous with their time. It seems the bad reviews on here are just a reflection of people who had a tough time with changes that were made. People always struggle with change. Sometimes the change comes with a bunch of glitches which is what some of them probably experienced. As far as the review about them not working on Saturday, and dont think that warrants a one-star review, and I think maybe it would have been better to ask if they were open on a Saturday before opening up the bank account. If you Dont have a bank account there, then you probably shouldnt be posting a one-star review. Nonetheless Carol the general manager, and every One of her co-workers has been nothing but awesome.
