Liz Thompson I have conducted business with Grady Finance for over 10 years (personal loans and tax preparation) . I have never had a negative experience with them. They are awesome with answering any questions you have, and always willing to help you figure out the best options for your needs without feeling pressured into something you dont want or need.

Joshua Huff EDIT: I received a phone call from one of the local mangers and an apology. She also gave me direct phone number so I can avoid dealing with anyone at their call center. This means a lot to me, I prefer to speak to someone locally when it comes to anything involving my money. Previous: I called this morning to get money wiring info for my attorneys office... After waiting on hold for 15min... I was told "tell them to just call the wiring line" than hung up on...! Ill take my money somewhere else

Christy Hires Mr. Czachowski and his staff were very professional, went over all my policy details, explained everything to the max and answered all questions I had. This was a very simple transaction, and would highly recommend him and his staff to everyone! What an incredible experience it was and he was also able to save me a few hundred dollars on my policy without compromising any coverages! Awesome place to do business with and highly recommend! Looking forward to many more years with his agency.

Critical Reviewer The atmosphere is wonderful. Greeted by multiple employees. I feel relaxed with the interactions. Nothing shoved in my face to get. They were good indeed and helped me maximize my loan to be within my budget as well as doing there best to see if my payments are on the dates I get paid. The experience I feel coming here makes them feel like we are family. Even though its a business I feel like I just borrowed money from a family member and paying them back. It gives you that home feeling. I waited to write my review, but I wish Id have done it sooner. They all were the same every time. Good people are hard to find. Every time you come in there are decorations all over for each Holiday.
