Elizabeth Jones About a week or so ago I walked into this business and the first person I saw acted like she didnt want to speak to me or even try to help me and when she finally asked me what I needed it was in a rude way. Alisha needs to learn how to approach people. What turned what should had been a one star into a five star is Kasey, she is very awesome and tried her best to get me what I wanted and walked me through the whole process step by step and she and her manager made me feel right at home with their knowledge and understanding of what a customer needs when trying to understand something they are not familiar with. Jenny Denker My 71 year old aunt came into this location and said that Davina McFerrin was absolutely amazing to her. She said that Davina helped sort out a big mess regarding bill pay to the mortgage company. She said that she was very patient and caring through the entire process.
