Long story short, the other bank changed requirements 3 times (and each time we had to contact the lawyer who handled our closing... And he was slow). We were desperate because payroll was about to come due and we needed a bank set up for our payroll to come out of! We showed up on a Saturday at Truist and THEY made it happen. Since then, weve had a great experience so far. The worst thing about this bank is it often has long lines.
