Builtwell Bank - Dalton (GA)

5 /5 Danny Stephens: Came in to the Shugart road bank in Dalton with my grandmother to make a savings deposit and to look into possible loan options to refinance her home. We spoke with the manager named Chelsea at the location and she was very helpful and extremely pleasant to interact with. She gave us all the information we were looking for and offered to further help us with all of our banking needs. My grandmother decided to not refinance at this time due to her age but we will be moving the rest of her retirement and checking accounts at Tennessee Vally credit union over to Builtwell soon. One of the two ladies at the counter was very polite and helpful as well, I believe her name was Holy

Any issues that Ive needed assistance with, have been addressed and handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Very happy to be a Builtwell customer!

5 /5 stars in her eyes: They are always friendly when I come in. They got my business when they could handle a problem with my retirement funds when my "national" bank couldnt. I had been with that "national" bank for over 25 years when I closed out my accounts. No regrets on leaving the old bank.

5 /5 Quick Stop Dalton: I have been coming to the Shugart RD branch for years and they have always had the best customer service, they know me by name and greet me as soon as I step in the building. Lucy and the girls always take great care of me!
