In this case, I must share how negligent Patriot has been to me and my company, including, most recently, not responding to a request to discuss my business policy in November and December of 2024. Only to receive a response to my third inquiry in January 2025 and then told it was too late to make the needed changes because the policy auto renewed.

She also made sure to ease my mind about comparable coverages and deductibles. I was looking for new insurance because my rates had sky rocketed.
