Gary Gary I have to tell how amazing North Points agent JASON KIM is. He took so much time and care explaining each aspect of my home/auto/umbrella policies today. I dont think Ive ever had an agent come close to JASONS willingness to explain things in detail...why or why not an aspect of a certain part of my policy is or is not needful and what each product could potentially afford me if I ever needed to file a claim. Super nice guy, totally personable and extremely customer service oriented. Highly recommend this company and JASON KIM as an agent. No wonder they have so many 5-STAR***** ratings!!!!!

Silver Lining Massage Palm Bay Bethany was awesome! I walked into the office without an appointment. She greeted me and I felt like I was visiting a lifelong friend. She assisted me with switching my auto insurance from Florida. She was personable, and professional. She was prompt with the transaction. I am so happy I chose Carlas agency.
