Having experienced repeated hefty premium increases with one of the big name insurers, I called Mr. Bennett in hopes of not only maintaining my specific coverage but also obtaining some relief with annual premiums. Christopher Hackney Mr. Carter was able to provide a quote and coverage within the same day of initial contact, I didnt have to wait on a call center answering service line to get through to him. I strongly suggest you give Mr. Carter a call if you are interested in great customer service and affordable insurance coverage. The coverage he found was at a lower costs than the previous provider which was the goal. Keep up the great work!

Angie Bivins We shopped around looking for some relief in our insurance rates and have been very pleased with Wayne Crook and Country Financial. The rates are HANDS DOWN the best around!! Ms. Debbie is always ready, willing, and able to assist us in a moments notice either via email or by telephone with any crazy questions, policy changes, and/or updates. They are amazing at assisting in a time of crisis too. Our daughter was involved in an auto accident, and all I had to do was pick up the phone and call. Ms. Debbie was ON IT with Wayne assisting in this process as well and in a timely manner. They are very dependable and knowledgeable and also care about their customers. I highly recommend Wayne Crook and Country Financial!!

Erwin Van Meirvenne Good experience on Applying for Auto and Renters insurance. The office has the right people on the right place. The Allstate app is user friendly and has all features you need. Today we have to file a claim, which will give us the opportunity to experience Allstate’s dealing with claims. I’ll post another review once the claim has been handled. For now 5 stars are in place.
