1 /5 Cieara Wiggins: The first time I spoke with Courtne she wanted to use one of my vehicles as equity so I chose the one that I use the most. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough equity in that particular vehicle. She then suggested to use another vehicle that my mother drives and I didn’t feel comfortable at first. The next day I called and decided to move forward with that same vehicle and was advised that I would need to resubmit my application as the first one was withdrawn. The young lady whose name was Courtney acted like she really did not want to help me nor did she want to be bothered with me. She never mentioned that refinancing the second vehicle would cause the payments on that vehicle to go up or cause the balance to go up when we spoke over the phone and she told me to resubmit my application. Of course I knew it would make the balance go up but because I’ve had the vehicle for over five years and it’s pretty much close to being paid out I wouldn’t think that the payments would be too high, but she didn’t even bother to check for me to see. Bottom line is she acted like she did not wanna help me and that she did not want to be bothered with me. Furthermore, they would not answer the phone after I called several times. I ended up having to call a different branch to find out if the Vidalia branch was open or if they close for lunch and that lady told me no and she reached out to the vidalia branch to get them to answer the phone. If you didn’t want to help me you could’ve just said so. You should really be more mindful with how you treat people. You never know, especially in this life, when your time is going to come and you’re gonna need help and you’re gonna be looking to someone or somebody to help you.
