1 /5 Marquia Collier: If I could give zero stars I would!! They have horrible customer service and theyre extremely rude. When I called to pay my balance IN FULL on a Friday, I was advised to call back at 5:30p for my confirmation number .. When their business hours are 8a-5:30p. When I called back today to get my confirmation number it was as if they did not want to give it to me, and they were rude AGAIN!

1 /5 Katresa Daniel: This agency has very rude employees. Ann was the representative I spoke with. She was rude, nasty, would not give me an opportunity to ask questions. Every time I tried to speak, she would begin talking again. Never experience nothing like it. Very rude

5 /5 John Tracey Hemphill: I was surprised to see people leaving reviews for a collection agency. Since my experience with UCC was completely different from the other reviewers I decided to write my own review. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was beyond nice, courteous, respectful and very helpful. No I didnt get any amounts removed but I was able to get on a payment plan with low monthly payments and have the items off my credit report as long as I stayed current on the payment plan. FIVES ACROSS THE BOARD!!!!!!!!!
