Shibby So I want to start off by giving a huge shoutout to Shay Jackson!! She is amazing!!! I got into an accident with someone who is insured with Southern Trust, and the adjuster for my case (Shay Jackson) went above and beyond to help me with my claim. I was nervous because of the one star reviews for Southern Trust in general. However, Shay was a blessing and helped me get through the process to keep my Jeep! Her actions are worthy of more than 5 stars, bc the Jeep in question Ive owned/upgraded for 13 years and has a lot of sentimental value and personal memories. She answered all my questions and I feel like she genuinely cared. As a manager I would love to have a Shay on my team! She is highly professional and personable.
