He knows that my schedule is hectic and that I am mostly up at night, and we are still able to correspond even after normal business hours are over because of the business that i am in. He also helped me with a spur of the moment personal question pertaining to insurance with my daughter, who had just been involved in an accident. He did not have to help me, but he did.
