Christ Douse is a very intelligent, responsible, respectful,outstanding, state Farm agent.it dosent matter if youre at his office or you call him at his office, hes always there to access you in any paperwork you need help in. Hes very smart and know when you really dont understand, thats when he shift into 3rd gear and brake everything down to you get it or understand. Chrisv Brookins They are ridiculous. You pay your premium. Which they constantly lose or say they did receive and you screenshot it show proof that it was actually paid and came out to your bank account and then on top of thatThey get thousands of dollars a year no accident no issues no laps and then when you finally have an accident, they don’t want to pay out especially when your policy fully covers you or if they do pay out they make you wait excessive amount of time Which is ridiculous with that being said I will be following a formal complaint with a higher up. This is ridiculous. And this company will be reported

Any time I have had an issue with my home or auto policy, they have always made me feel as if I was their only customer by giving me a quick response and making sure to follow up to see how I’m doing. I never received that degree of care and customer service from any other insurance agency.
