Jamie Whitaker My Mother was With Nationwide for several years and Her Driving Record is Perfect and she has never had a ticket or a wreck and Nationwide was never asked for anything for any reason including Roadside assistance. Mom Paid I think it was $150+ a month for Liability+ Roadside assistance and So Nationwide sends a letter saying they will not be renewing her Policy and Thank Goodness this happened because Steve at Progressive Saved My Mother over $80 A month!!! Over Half what she was paying at Nationwide. So, I Highly along with Mom suggest if you need insurance or wanna check for lower costs give Steve a Call and You will be treated like Family not Just another Customer. Thanks so much Steve for looking out for My Mother!!!

Cindy Klepak Dealing with Jimmy Watts and his very professional, caring and attentive staff (Nicole you are awesome), I feel that they have surpassed being a “Good Neighbor”, They are “Good Friends”. We were shifted by State Farm to Jimmy Watts office when our long time agent passed away. Admittedly, I was skeptical and worried that the treatment we were used to by our previous agent of 40+ years was long over. Well, let me say that it was a non issue.
