Adjuster Joseph George, rude, condescending and way too worried about his personal pride and feelings than the feelings of customer. I would not recommend this company or their affiliate company Main Street Insurance. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN FILING A CLAIM.

I never write reviews but their servicle level is just unparallel. I had to file 2 claims this year for Car & Home and they took all the fear and anxiety out of the equation. I never feel ignored or brushed off like I have at some other companies who just dont care about their customers. I cant say enough for AllState and this agency.
