I called to make a payment and this female literally was arguing, I had to ask if she was going to take the payment or go back and forth. Poor customer makes any company looks bad. Today, June 5th, 2023 this employee put her hands on my 79 year old mother and pushed her while trying to make a payment. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful!
