Staci McLaughlin I can’t say enough good things about this company. We have had our auto and home insurance with them for over 16 years. I refer everyone to them when they complain about how much they are paying in insurance. Every time I’ve called, I receive the best customer service. I’m not sure if Jackie is still there, but she was our agent to start with and she was just awesome! We now have Kyle, and he is so personable and kind. And they definitely are the most affordable. kari duffy I have been with Georgia Farm Bureau for 3 years and I never had a problem,not a huge problem anyways. I did call in a few times to get an understanding of why my rates were steadily increasing and all I kept being told was that it was "fees" but never a true breakdown, which was frustrating. I spoke with Michelle this morning and MANNNNNN SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!! She took the time out to research what all was going on ONE BY ONE and was even able to set me up on a package to help lower my monthly rate!!! SHE IS A BLESSING! Not only am I paying a lower rate now but I have more coverage than before! Im so excited! Like I said, shes awesome and she needs a raise :)
