Zeferino Chavez Alfa has always been good to me. However, customer service is poor. They are not really in your interest when it comes to helping you save or find ways to save. I understand business is business but you keep clients by customer satisfaction!

Blake Parker Easy to do business with. I used them for over a year with commercial insurance before we relocated and had to change companies. Wade Henry was my agent and did an excellent job while I had accounts with him. What is more impressive is that there has been an issue with one of the insurance companies for almost a year after we closed the policy and Wade has continued to take care of the issue. highly recommended by us!

Henry Gut I was looking to get insurance quotes for home and auto, and I chose the Austin Taylor group because they were near by. I had been getting Internet quotes which left me frustrated. I went to the office as a walk-in, and was seen by Deb Hroblak. She took my basic information and listened to what I needed. The next day she contacted me with what she had to offer, which wasnt quite acceptable. We made a scheduled appointment, and while we were discussing what she had found, she came across a company with an auto policy acceptable to my needs and price. She also found a home policy I accepted. Had she not had the expertise and determination to not give up, I wouldnt be happy today with the 2 great policies which are saving me money and peace of mind. Im very pleased with Deb Hroblak and the Austin Taylor Insurance Company.

L M I spoke with Alex a few days ago about getting renters insurance.He was such a tremendous help! He was very kind and very patient with me being that this was my first time needing renters insurance so I had a lot of questions.Alex answered all of them for me and I got everything I needed taken care of !
