He was very kind and very patient with me being that this was my first time needing renters insurance so I had a lot of questions.Alex answered all of them for me and I got everything I needed taken care of ! Even when I had to call back to add on some things, he got it done expeditiously..! And I really do appreciate that..GREAT JOB ALEX‼️

5 /5 Justin Chapman: Ashley and Tommy were the most helpful agents I’ve ever dealt with at Acceptance Insurance and I’ve been with the agency for some years now. Ashley is very knowledgeable at her job and Tommy is just about the friendliest insurance guy I’ve met in a long while. They were quick to get me the help that I needed and made sure I was completely happy before walking out of the door. As a business operator myself I personally commend them on an outstanding job in customer service and satisfaction!!!! I’d give more stars if I could. 5 /5 Brian Wade: Alex was a great help when I called in. Payed my bill then a couple days later got a voicemail saying my policy was canceled due to non payment. First person I talked to was no help, panic and told me they had to talk to someone then I’d get a call back. Hour went by and nothing. Called back and got Alex this time and he had everything figured out for me within minutes
