5 /5 Judy Mathis: I’ve enjoyed working with this agency - Rick and Shannon are both personable and knowledgeable and helped us find a good insurance company. We did have one administrative issue with the insurance company when we renewed our policy recently and we requested help from The Family Insurance Agency. They stepped in and got the issue resolved quickly and completely. We truly appreciate them and the way they handle business.

5 /5 Lashantell Luster: Have mortgage and car insurance here. Great people , actually love them as a company have not been here for long at all. However after my renewal from monthly rate of $68 my monthly rate is now $163?!! .spoke to a rep there she pretty much didn’t have an idea on why that is. She stated it may be due to renewal increases, or I changed my car from 2015 fiat to a 2017 Hyundai accent lol. Okay. But talk about a huge jump. Update:! Rick is awesome! still in process but it’s the fact he called me and emailed elaborating on what actually happened. So I got my explanation and we are working on getting in fixed. He actually cares so if you are looking for an insurance look no further this is the place that cares for you! Thank you Rick !

Sam is great each month as I call to make my payment. She is very professional at her job with answers to any of your questions, and she is so pleasant to talk to.
