5 /5 Michael West: I’m a new State Farm customer who contacted Brian several months ago and received a much lower rate than I had been paying. Signed up both homes, 3 vehicles, a Motorhome and a boat on the spot. Rocking along in life and took the family to the beach for a few days. Jumped in the truck to head to dinner and ——nothing. Went immediately to my State Farm App for roadside assistance and someone arrived in about 30 mins and got me back on the road. Couldn’t be more happy I chose Brian Andrews and the State Farm Team to protect my family.

1 /5 Melissa Thornton: For 35 years, I have been accident free and have no tickets, nothing on my record, but my rates keep going up constantly. I finally opted for the drive safe beacon, which gave me a discount. My discount increased on renewal, and my overall rate after discounts still increased. State Farm is robbing me and telling me they cant do anything about it. Im 54 years old with nothing ever in my life on my record. My rate should be better. All I get is a bunch of BS and nobody cares.

They are professional polite experts in their field and brighten up a room. Great outstanding down to earth people. Very welcoming humble me and my family are greatful to have them. 2 /5 Joanna Faber: Really wanted to give a great review as the staff was so very nice in person. We provided all documents and records for insurance and accepted a great rate, a month later we get a call saying their underwriter missed something and they would be canceling our policy with less than 9 business days for us to scramble to find insurance elsewhere. The stars are for the kind staff in office, but otherwise Im really disappointed in the wasted time that we spent just to be dropped. Would never consider State Farm again after this unfortunate experience.
