Sarah was very knowledgeable but what I appreciated the most was that she didn’t try to push me into buying a product I felt I didn’t need. It took a few days for us to finally connect and during that time Sarah was patient, respectful and understanding. I have also had other interactions with this agency and highly recommend them for price and great customer service.

I receive a call before each renewal to review for adequate coverage, available discounts, and any questions I might have. Any time I have called the agency, Michelle or Jon have answered immediately. They are both very knowledgeable, and always available to help.

5 /5 L LB: Sarah Sharp is a service manager at this AmFam agency & she is fantastic! Most of us have experienced a serious decline in customer service since the Covid pandemic. Sarah is bringing back true customer service. Shes very professional, extremely prompt & reliable in her communication, & really bent over backwards to help me find every discount & helpful hints to reduce my premium costs. Special "shout out" to Michelle, who has also been amazingly helpful over the years. Despite excessive insurance rate increases across the nation, this agency has shown time and time again that they truly care about their customers and we are so appreciative!
