1 /5 Shakendra Graham: If I could give this company a 0 out of a billion I would! Unfortunately, I have to use this company through my employer and several employees have the same complaint! You can never speak with the person handling your claim and they will refuse to pay the benefits owed to you through your employer. I have submitted a BBB complaint as a last resort before filing a lawsuit for withholding the paid health benefits.
