John Tracey Hemphill I was surprised to see people leaving reviews for a collection agency. Since my experience with UCC was completely different from the other reviewers I decided to write my own review. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was beyond nice, courteous, respectful and very helpful. No I didnt get any amounts removed but I was able to get on a payment plan with low monthly payments and have the items off my credit report as long as I stayed current on the payment plan. FIVES ACROSS THE BOARD!!!!!!!!!

Gredurman Jay has been doing my taxes for almost 20 years and helped through some tricky spots. Much better than these fly by night or discount services in a pinch. Reasonable cost and worth more than simple tax work. Darrel
