The only complaint I have is that everyone is not equipped to do everything you call about. For instance, I called today to make a simple loan payment on a loan. Every time I do that There is only 2 people that know how to do it. Then if theyre not in the office typically it doesnt get done or even if its done wrong so Im a little frustrated because when I want to make the loan payment. I want to make the loan payment. I think they should make it easier for us to do the loan payment over the phone or on line. I guess its to the advantage of State Farm to make the loan repayment more difficult. Because the longer you have a loan with them, the more money they make.
